Stephanie & Austin are a mother-son team. Both licensed Real Estate Agents have joined the dynamic Wright Team at Regency Real Estate Brokers and specialize in all Orange County. Stephanie successfully operates her own small bookkeeping and staging businesses. Her past work history includes five years as a 5-star short-term rental host. Ten years as an Executive Assistant and Business Manager to CEO’s and Principals (at two different top local private schools). Her professionalism, exceptional organizational skills and excellent communication skills are extensive. Her empathy, patience and high ethical standards are also a great benefit to home buyers and sellers.

Austin graduated from Irvine Valley College in 2023 with two associate degrees: Communication Studies (Cum Laude) and Liberal Studies - Teacher Education (Cum Laude). His work experience includes serving as a Valet Manager at an upscale hotel, coordinating departmental operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service for guests. He has developed strong public-facing skills; courtesy, professionalism, clear communication, and problem-solving that have enabled him to always deliver 5-star service. These qualities now extend to his work with real estate clients, making him a valuable asset to the Chapman Team.

Stephanie enjoys walking, biking to the beach, spoiling her two rescue dogs, and listening to piano music. Austin enjoys going to sporting events, traveling (when time allows) and spending time with his girlfriend.
